Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2022: Banasthali Vidyapith University is a women’s university. It is located in the Tonk district of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was established on October 6, 1935. In 1983, the institute declared as an institution ‘deemed to be university’. Banasthali has been accredited by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with ‘A’ Grade (Five-star Rating). Banasthali is a recipient of the SANTBAL Award in the year 2000 for the services in the field of all-round education of women. Smt. Ratan Shastri and Pandit Hiralal Shastri founded Banasthali after the sudden death of their highly talented and promising daughter Shantabai. It offers the programs at the school, undergraduate, and postgraduate degree levels. For the postgraduate level, the courses are Computer Science, Operational Research, Electronics & Biotechnology. Teacher Education and Management have been also started. Some new courses include M.Sc. (Bio-Informatics), M.Sc. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), and M.Sc. (Applied Microbiology). Other professional programmes are such as MBA and MCA. From 2004 all Social Science, Humanities and Home Science Post-graduate programmes. All programs have a semester system. In 2000 Banasthali is a recipient of the SANTBAL Award for services in the field of all-around education for women.

Eligibility Criteria:

For UG Courses:

 Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board and must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying examination.

For PG Courses:

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in the respective field from a recognized university/college and candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying UG degree.

GATE Score: For M.Tech courses, candidates can apply through GATE 2022 scorecard.

Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2022 Application form will release through both (online/offline) modes in the month of February 2022 and closed in the month of April 2022. The candidate should fill in the details in the form carefully. For filling the form candidate have to upload their recent photograph. After submission of the application form, they should check their application status and download it for the future. The offline form can get from the university with a prospectus on payment in cash.

The process of Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2022:

Admission in the university will be based on the merit-cum-aptitude test to be held in June 2022. After the aptitude test participates in counseling and completes the final admission formalities.  Candidates can apply through the national level entrance exam because a number of national-level entrance exams are also considered by the university for allotting the seats.

Foreign/NRI/NRI Sponsored Admissions:

There is a limited number of seats are available for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates. Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2022 against these seats are based directly upon merit and the candidate does not have to appear in the Aptitude Test. The eligibility for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (Except for B.Ed. where it is 50% and M.Ed. where it is 55%).

The following documents are required for Banasthali Vidyapith Admission 2022 against Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats:

• Original Certificates/ Marksheets of the qualifying examination.
• Attested photocopies of the Passport and Visa of the NRI Sponsor of the applicant.

Banasthali University Admission 2022:

If a student is separated from Banasthali or Shri Shantabai Shiksha Kutir and in the event Banasthali Vidyapith decides to readmit her, an admission fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be payable. The admission of a student shall be automatically canceled due to the unauthorized absence of three days or more.

Banasthali University Aptitude Test:

 Aptitude Test will be held in the month of June( 1st – 2nd) 2022. It will be conducted by the university only for the candidates selected through their application form. The test will be conducted on different dates for different courses.

The Exam Pattern of the Banasthali University 2022 aptitude test is given below:

M.Sc Biotechnology:

• The duration of the exam will be – 120 minutes
• Total no. of questions will be asked – 100
• Number of parts – 2 ( Anyone has to be done)

M.A. English:

• The duration of the exam will be asked – 150 minutes
• Total marks of Aptitude test will be – 70 (70 marks)
• Total marks of viva-voce – 30 (30 marks)
• Total marks for admission – 200

M.A. Music/ Drawing and Painting:

• 1mark will be given for each correct answer.
• ¼ marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Admit Card:

The Banasthali Vidyapith 2022 Admit card for the Aptitude Test will release before one week of the examination. Candidates can download the Admit Card from the official website of Banasthali University 2022 through online mode. The Admit card consists of the name, roll number, exam centre and other details of the candidate. It is compulsory to carry a photo id and a passport size photograph along with the admit card to the exam centre.

Result:

The Banasthali University 2022 Result will declare after a few days of the Aptitude Test by the university in the official website. It will release separately for each courses. Candidates will be invited for the counseling in order of the merit list.

Counselling:

A candidate who qualifies for the Exam will be inviting for the counseling. The counseling will be started in the month of June 2022.
