BCECE UGEAC 2023: The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts the BCECE UGEAC examination for admission to the B.Tech courses. Admission to the B.Tech courses is done based on marks scored by candidates in the JEE Mains examination. The board releases the merit list following which it conducts the counseling round, commonly known as Undergraduate engineering admission counseling (UGEAC).

BCECE UGEAC Application Form 2023:

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) releases the application form online on its official website. To be considered for admission, interested students must complete an online registration form at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in within the allotted time frame.   • Candidates must fill out a registration form for the UGEAC with their name, email address, and mobile phone number. Candidates will get messages including registration and login information on their email address and cellphone number.
  • Candidates must log in with their login information to complete the comprehensive application form. Candidates must provide information about their schooling, family, and residence in the application form. All information must come solely from official papers.
  • In the online application form, candidates must provide scanned copies of their passport-size colored picture and signature. The scanned photographs must meet the requirements established by the BCECEB.
  • For the final submission of the application forms, candidates must also pay an application fee. Candidates can pay the application fee online with a credit/debit card or using internet banking.
  • After the application fee has been paid, the application form will be instantly sent. The application form must be downloaded, printed, and stored safely until the admissions process is complete.

UGEAC Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Before filling out an online application form, applicants for the Bihar UGEAC 2022 must review the prerequisite requirements. The requirements for Bihar UGEAC eligibility include those related to age, education, nativity, and residence, among other things. Each applicant must make sure they meet the qualifying requirements; else, their application will be rejected.

  • The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Candidates must be legitimate Bihar residents.

  • Students must receive at least 50% in their class 12 examination (45% for students from the reserved category).
  • Candidates must have passed or been enrolled in the last year of their 10+2 (class 12) exam with Physics, Maths, and one Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Computers as required courses.

Bihar UGEAC Merit List 2023:

Candidates whose names appear on the UGEAC merit list will be qualified to participate in the choice-filling and seat-allocation stages of counseling. Choice Filling & Locking:

Candidates whose names appear on the UGEAC merit list must choose institutions and specializations of their choice. The options must be presented in preferred order. Candidates are allowed to input as many options as they like.

Counselling & Seat Allotment:

Three rounds of counseling for seat allocation will be held by BCECEB. For seat allocation, all applicants with names on the merit list and those who filled the choices will be taken into account. The distribution of seats will be based on UGEAC merit.

Candidates who will get a seat through UGEAC 2023 must show up at the verification centers the board has established for document verification. All applicants must bring the documents indicated below with them when they report to the centers for verification.
