Goa TET 2022: Among the plethora of exams conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2021 is one such exam. It’s a panacea for candidates who are aspiring to become a government teacher. The candidates can apply for Primary (1^st to 5^th) and Upper Primary (6^th to 8^th) teachers in the state. Goa TET 2022 Application Form:

After knowing about your eligibility, you are free to apply for Goa TET through the online portal. You need to visit the official website of the authority.

First-time applicants have to register themselves by providing general details such as name, contact number, and other details needed for communication. After you register, a confirmation message will land up on your email id and mobile number along with the details needed to log in viz. user ID and password.

You have to just log in to the credentials in the web portal and start filling up your application for Goa  TET. You have to provide qualification details and upload the necessary documents such as passport size photo, signature, etc.

After submitting legitimate details, you will be brought to the payment page where you have to pay the fees for Goa TET 2021.

Eligibility Criteria:

Every candidate must know about the eligibility criteria before applying. If you are found ineligible to the parameters set by the government for candidates, your application will be rejected. None of us want that loss, right?

Following are the criteria of eligibility for Paper 1 (Class 1^st to 5^th):

• You must be an Indian citizen and hold a domicile of Goa State.
• You must possess a graduation degree with at least 50% marks.
• You must have completed a Senior Secondary Examination (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks or a 2-year diploma in the elementary examination.

Following are the criteria of eligibility for Paper 2 (Class 6^th to 8^th) :

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this job.
• If you possess a B.A or B.Sc degree with at least 50% marks, then you are also eligible to apply a degree with at least 50% marks, then you are also eligible to apply for this job.

Exam Pattern:

As we know that there will be two papers in Goa TET 2021 exam. Paper 1 is for aspiring candidates who wish to teach the Primary level (Class 1^st to 5^th) and Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach Upper Primary Level (Class 6^th to 8^th).

• The exam will be offline.
• There will be options for every question asked.
• The time allotted is 2:30 Hrs.
• For every correct answer, +1 will be rewarded and no negative marks are to be allotted in Goa TET 2021.

Admit Card/Hall Ticket:

Admit cards will be released online in the same web portal which was used to fill the application. Eligible aspirants will only get the admit card. Candidates can download it from education.goa.gov.in  as they will be asked the admit card before entering the examination hall. Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website education.goa.gov.in

Result:

After the Goa TET 2021 exam is conducted successfully, the result will be released by the concerned authority online on specified web portals. You will be asked about the details mentioned on your hall ticket if you wish to know your result. So, it’s very necessary to preserve your admit card after you are done with the Goa TET exam.

Answer Key:

Various websites put their tentative answer keys right after the exam is over. Candidates can tally their answers from the various answer keys available online. It takes a few days for the authority to release the official answer key which is considered to be the most authentic source from where you can check your marked answers are correct or not.

Cut Off:

Cut off for Goa TET exam changes every year depending upon the difficulty of questions asked and the number of aspirants presenting themselves for the exam. However, the trends are found to be the same over the years. Candidates can look at the previous cutoffs to get an idea of the selection process.
