MAH CET Pharmacy 2022: The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is referred to as the MHT CET. This is a state-level entrance examination that is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of the Government of Maharashtra every year. This is a state-level examination through which the qualified students of Maharashtra get admission to the B.Tech/B.E.Pharm D and B. Pharmacy courses in the different fields including Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy, etc.

MAH CET Pharmacy 2022 Application Form:

In order to apply for this examination, the students will first have to visit the online portal. The registration process will start in the month of February and the last date to fill up and submit the application form will be in the month of March.

In order to apply for this test, you will have to follow a three-step process:

Registration for the examination.

• First, you will have to visit the official website and click on the link that says, “Registration Link”.
• Now, you will have to click on the option, “New User” and enter all the relevant details like the email id, password, phone number, etc.
• The candidates will get a unique user id and password on the registered email id or the phone number.

Form Filling:

• Once you register for the MHT CET, the students will have to fill up the application form.
• Here, they will have to fill up their personal as well as their academic details.
• Along with other details, the reservation information will also have to be filled.

Uploading the Documents:

• The candidates will have to upload their passport size photograph that has to be clicked on a white background.
• The candidate will also have to upload a scanned copy of the signature.
• The size of the photograph will have to be in the .jpg format and should range between 15 KB – 50KB. The signature will also have to be done with black ink and should be scanned at 200 dpi. The size of the picture should range somewhere between 5KB to 20 KB.

Payment of the Application Fee:

The students will be able to make the payment of the application fee online as well as offline. For making payments online, the candidates will have to make the payment through a debit or credit card or through internet banking. The candidate can also make the payment offline through an e-challan that will get automatically generated.

Application Fee:

The candidates will be able to pay the application fee online or offline. The application fee for the various categories are mentioned below:

• General/ J&K Migrants/ OMS candidates – Rs. 800
• ST/ SC/ OBC/ PWD/ NT/ SBC candidates – Rs. 600

MHT CET Pharmacy 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

• In order to appear for this examination, the candidates will have to be an Indian citizen.
• The candidates who belong to other states may also apply if they have a domicile certificate/school leaving certificate/birth certificate issued by the government of Maharashtra can also apply for this examination.
• The candidates who are planning to apply for this examination should have passed the 10+2 level examination with a minimum of 50% marks, which is 45% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category.
• The candidates need to pass from a recognized board or university.
• Students applying for their final examination can also apply for this examination.

Exam Pattern:

• The examination mode will be online.
• The candidates will have to answer multiple-choice questions.
• There will be a total of 50 questions in each paper.
• The total marks in each of the paper will be 100.
• The candidates will have to complete the paper within 90 minutes.
• The examination will be based on the class XI and class XII level topics. It will be in Physics, Biology, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
• For each correct answer, the candidate will be awarded 1 mark. Only for Mathematics, the candidate will be awarded 2 marks.
• There will be no negative marking.

Syllabus:

• Logical and Abstract Reasoning.
• Verbal Ability/Reading/Comprehension.
• Quantitative Aptitude

Admit Card:

The MHT CET Pharmacy 2022 Admit Card for this examination will be released online. The candidates will have to download the admit card. This will be released in the month of April. This will be available for the candidates who have been able to register for the entrance examination.

In order to download the admit card, the students will first have to visit the official website and then log in with all the necessary credentials that they created during the time of the registration. It is necessary for the students to affix their photographs on the admit card after downloading from the website.

After downloading the admit card, the students will also have to verify the details that are there on the admit card. All details in the admit card will have to verify. If the candidates find any wrong details in the admit card, they will have to get in touch with the authority before the date of the examination. The candidate will have to carry the admit card along with a photo id proof on the day of the examination. Students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

Cut Off:

In order to be eligible for admission to the B.Tech programs by the institutes, the candidates will have to score the cut-off. After every official round of the allotment of the seats, the cut-offs will be released. In order to determine the cut-off, there have to be certain parameters that need to be considered. These include the total number of available seats, the number of candidates who appeared for the examination, and the difficulty level of the examination.

Answer Key:

The conducting authority will release the answer sheet after a few days of the examination. For each set of questions, the candidates can check out the answer key. This will be available on the official website. The candidates will have to download the answer key by entering the password and the registration id.

Result:

The result of this examination will be released in the month of June. The candidates will be able to check the result on the official website. In order to check the result, the candidates will have to enter the application number and the password.

Merit List:

The merit list will be released based on the marks the candidates achieved in the examination. For the counseling method, the candidates will be shortlisted from the merit list. The merit list will be available on the official website.
