Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission 2023: The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training, Pune (MSCERT) conducts the Maharashtra D.El.Ed Admission 2022 to offer admission to students in the D.El.Ed program. The MSCERT, previously known as, the State Institute of Education, set the eligibility criteria that candidates seeking admission are required to fulfill. Candidates failing to fulfill the eligibility criteria will be barred from taking the entrance exam. The concerned authority, i.e MSCERT also sets the exam pattern for the entrance paper. Maharashtra D.El.Ed Application Form 2023:

The MSCERT releases the Maharashtra D.El.Ed application form every year for candidates seeking admission to the program on its official website. Eligible candidates are required to fill out the detailed application form correctly to appear for the entrance exam. Candidates can check the below steps to fill in the application form:

  • Register yourself through email id and password.
  • Once registered, login with your credentials.
  • The application form will appear on the screen once the candidate has login successfully.

  • Pay the Application Fee.

Maharashtra D.El.Ed Eligibility Criteria 2023:

Before filling out the Application Form, all applicants must verify their eligibility conditions, which are listed below.

  • Appearing students must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent course from a recognized institution.
  • They must get a minimum of 50% (45% for the Reserved category) in their 10+2 exams.
  • For the Maharashtra D.El.Ed Exam 2023, there is no upper age restriction.

Syllabus:

The Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training, Pune (MSCERT) released the syllabus every year for students seeking admission to the D.El.Ed program in any of the state universities. Candidates are required to cover basic maths, English, and course-related subjects for entrance exam preparation. Interested candidates can visit the official website of MSCERT to check the updated syllabus of the entrance exam.

Admit Card:

The MSCERT releases the admit card for the candidates who have successfully registered for the entrance exam. Registered candidates will be able to download their admit cards using their login credentials. Candidates can refer to the steps below to download their respective Admit Card:

Result:

The MSCERT releases the result of candidates who have appeared for the entrance examination. Candidates will only be allowed to access the results through online means. Officials will release the results on the university’s official website. Candidates have to go to the university’s official website and enter their roll number and date of birth.

Following the announcement of the result, a merit list is released by participating colleges and universities. The list will include the names of those candidates who are selected for the counseling round. Candidates are required to check their names on the merit list once they are released.

Counseling:

The Department of Higher Education (DHE) will conduct the counseling procedure, and those students who are shortlisted in the merit list will be called out for the counseling procedure, which is the final step in the admission process because seats will be allotted to students in different colleges based on their performance in counseling.

  • Following the announcement of the Final Merit List, the Admission Procedure will begin. First and foremost, students must register for a counseling session and complete the option filling form before locking it.
  • The nominated candidates must consult the DHE, Maharashtra, and Pune’s official websites for the counseling schedule. After then, students must visit the counseling facility according to the schedule specified, as they have received from the authority.
  • Following a document submission procedure, students will be sent to the institution of their choice based on their performance. After allocation, students must pay the admission fee, and they will be able to begin their academic session on the specified day.
