MH B.Ed CET Eligibility Criteria

MH B.Ed CET Eligibility Criteria: The government of Maharashtra commences the Common Entrance Test to give admission to the aspiring candidates to the course of B.Ed. Thus, those who are interested can apply for the entrance test for fetching the Two Year Full-Time Regular Course in Bachelor of Education (General). Besides this course, there is an opportunity for the course such as Bachelor of Education (Special Education) VIZ. B.Ed. The courses will later lead to take up a job in government based schools, government-aided and unaided schools. However, it is recommended for seeking the Maharashtra B.Ed CET Eligibility criteria for avoiding any inconvenience.

MH B.Ed CET Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate needs to be Indian and must have passed the graduation examination or attained a Master’s degree with various subjects. These subjects are inclusive of Sciences and Social Sciences/Mathematics (History/ Geography/ Political Sciences/ Education/Psychology/ Economics/ Philosophy/ Library)/Humanity Sciences (all languages and literature)/Commerce. The candidate must have attained at least a minimum of 50% marks. There are marks relaxation for Backward classes and thus for them minimum marks limit would be 45%

OR

Those who have attained Indian nationality and have passed the graduation degree or degree of Post-graduation with subjects in courses like technology and Engineering can apply. The subjects included in engineering, as well as technology, must be Science and Maths under the category of Special subjects. If candidate is graduate with subjects such as Performing Art (Music/Dance / Drama etc.), Agriculture/ BBI / Medical Sciences/ Management / Engineering/ Law/Information / Technology/ All Social Sciences etc can apply. The minimum possible marks must be 55%. However, for backward classes, the percentage was reduced to 50%. Else those who have passed graduation from the recognized university or attained some equivalent degree by the Government of Maharashtra to Graduation or post-graduation degree can apply for the examination.

Those who have passed graduation via Open University incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature can also consider applying for the Maharashtra B.Ed CET exam.

Candidates from the Other States:

Candidate must be Indian and have cleared graduation from any of the universities incorporated by Central or State Legislature. Or else declared by Deemed University found under section 3 of UGC act, 1956 of 3 years in any of the discipline and must be recognized by Association of Indian Universities. Else attained an equivalent qualification from recognized via the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India/NCTE with at least 55% of marks. Those who are pursuing in their Final Year exam of graduation degree can also apply for the exam.
