• The students who had only appeared in 1 or 2 subjects would be awarded marks based on their average performance in the past three public exam results.
• For the first-timers, their tutor-marked assignment or practical marks would be taken into consideration viz a viz the performance of past three public exam subjects for which the student registered but they could not be conducted this time.

NIOS Online Admission 2022 Application Form:

All the eligible candidates can apply for the NIOS 2022 Admission Form through online mode. The NIOS Online Admission 2022 Application Form will be availed to candidates on the official website. In order to fill the form correctly follows the provided rules below.

• All eligible candidates need to first visit the official site of NIOS i.e. http://www.nios.ac.in.
• Then click on “Register”
• Further, read the instruction mentioned on the page carefully before applying then click on “proceed”
• Select the State and then Identity type. Enter the id number of selected Identity types.
• After that select the Course(Secondary for class 10 & Senior Secondary for class 12) and click on Submit to continue.
• Fill up all the information in the form correctly like Basic Details, address, other information.
• An OTP will be generated and sent to mobile as well as on email addresses.
• Validate the OTP sent.
• Fill in the rest details carefully.
• Make the payment of the application fee in online mode or by using the demand draft.
• Submit the form.
• Take a printout of the filled application form.

NIOS Exam Fee 2022:

• All the candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs.400 per subject.
• The payment of the application fee can be done through online mode (Credit Card /Debit Card/Net Banking), or through Electronic Wallet of Common Service Centers (CSCs)
• In case of cancellation of admission, an application fee of the applicant will be refunded.

NIOS Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

Before applying for NIOS Admission Form, all the candidates are required to read the eligibility criteria mentioned carefully. Only those candidates who are eligible are advised to apply for the examination. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:

Educational Qualification

For Secondary Course

• The Candidates must have 8th certificates from a recognized Board.
• The candidate must be of 14 years of age as on 31^st July   for the block I
• The Candidates must be of 14 years as on 31^st January for block II

Senior Secondary Course:

• The candidates must have passed class 10^th or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or institution.
• The Candidates must be of 15 years of age as on 31^st July for the block I
• The Candidates must be of 15 years as on 31^st January for block II

NIOS Admit Card:

The admit card of the NIOS Exam is available through online mode. Candidates can download it from the official site. Candidates have to enter their 11/12 digit registration number and date of birth. Admit card contains details like candidates name, roll number, exam center, exam schedule, etc. Admit card is a necessary document, without which a candidate is not allowed to sit for the examination.

NIOS Result:

NIOS Result will be Declared in August 2022. The result will be based on the assessment scheme. Candidates can check their results by going to the official website of NIOS.
