Odisha DET 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

For admission in the first semester of Engineering or Technology, the candidate has to pass the class X examination from a recognized university or board. He or she needs to get a minimum of 35% aggregate marks in Mathematics, English & Science and also 30% marks in each of all the other subjects. The candidate must have attained at least the age of 14 years. This is for all courses except for the courses in drilling and mining.

For admission in the third semester of the diploma in engineering and technology, the qualifying examination will be the class XII examination. The minimum mark that the candidate has to get in the class X examination is 35%. There is no upper age limit for admission to this course, however, the lower age limit would be 14 years.

For admission in the film and the TV courses, the qualifying examination is class XII in the Science stream from the state board CBSE/ICSE. The minimum marks that are required in the qualifying examination are 30%. In order to get admission in the film and video editing, the candidates will have to pass the plus 2 examinations from any stream or any board and the candidate will have to get a minimum of 35% marks. The age of the candidate has to be between 16 years and 28 years. There will also be a relaxation for 3 years for the SC/ST candidates.

In order to get admission in the first semester of the diploma courses of the nonengineering courses, the qualifying examination will be 10+2 or any other equivalent education. The minimum marks that the candidate will have to get is 30% and the upper age limit is 16 years and 14 years for the beauty candidates.

Odisha DET 2022 Exam Pattern:

This examination will have objective-type questions and there will be a total of 100 questions and each of these questions will carry 4 marks. The test will be of a total of 400 marks. The duration will be for 150 minutes and for each wrong answer, there will be a penalty of 1 mark.

Admit Card:

The candidates will be able to download the admit card from the first week of May. It will be available in the official website. You can use the application number and name and then get the admit card downloaded. In case the candidate loses the admit card, then he or she will be able to get a duplicate admit card.

Odisha DET 2022 Result:

In order to view the Odisha DET 2022 Result, you will have to make use of your roll number and name and you will be able to download the result.
