PUMEET 2023: Panjab University Migration Engineering Entrance Test or PUMEET is a state-level exam conducted by Punjab University offering admission only in the second year of Engineering courses in all the PU affiliated colleges. Candidates can apply for this exam only if they have passed the first year of BE at any university. PUMEET is a pen and paper-based offline examination and the online application form for PUMEET entrance test is available in July.
PUMEET 2023 Application Form:
All the interested candidates have to fill out an application form through the official website https://pumeet.puchd.ac.in/. The application form for PUMEET 2023 exam will be available online as well as offline.
Important documents required during application form filling:
- Date of birth certificate
- Identity proof (AADHAR card, Voter id)
- 10th and 12th mark sheet
- Scanned photograph
- Scanned signature
- Correct working phone no. and email id
- Caste certificate if applied for any reservation
Application Fee:
All candidates have to fill out Application fee to complete the process of application form filling. The entrance fee or application fee is non-refundable / non-transferable. The application fee for general category candidates is Rs.2500 and for SC/ST/PWD category students application fee is Rs1250.50% concession is given to Panjab University regular employees under B & C Class. Candidate has to pay the application fee online through credit card, debit card or net banking. The application form is only accepted via online mode.

PUMEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates who have pursued B.E 1st year from a recognized university by PU with minimum qualification marks and may have appeared in JEE in the previous year are eligible for applying for PUMEET exam.

PUMEET 2023 Exam Pattern:
All the candidates will get 1hour and 40 min to complete the exam in which all questions will be MCQ based. The total no. of questions will be 100, for each correct answer candidate will score 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.
Admit Card & Result:
PUMEET entrance test is mostly conducted in August and the admit card is released a few days before the exam. The application form is released in July and candidates get almost 45 days to fill the application form. Results are declared 1-2 months after the exam on the official website of PUMEET.
