Sikkim TET 2023Sikkim TET 2023 : (STET) Sikkim Teacher Eligibility Test is a state-level eligibility test & it is organized by Sikkim Human Resource Development Department (HRDD). STET is conducted for the teacher’s recruitment in Government Primary Schools and Higher Primary Schools. Candidates can apply for the Primary level classes that include I to V class or the Upper primary level that includes VI to VIII class. Sikkim TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who want to apply for the STET 2023 have to check their Eligibility.

Nationality:

  • Only Indian citizens can apply for this Exam.

Age Limit:-

  • The candidate’s minimum age limit should be 21 years and the maximum is 35 years.
  • For the reserved category (SC/ST/PH) candidates 5% Age relaxation will be applicable as per board norms.

Paper-1: For Lower Primary Level(Class I – V)

  • Candidates must have to complete Senior 10+2  with a minimum of 45% marks or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Two-year diploma in education (D.El.Ed) / 2-year diploma in Education (Special Education).
  • Bachelor Degree BA / B.Sc passed with minimum 50% marks and B.ED qualified candidates can also apply for the examination.

Paper-II: For Upper Primary Level(Class VI-VIII)

  • Candidates should have Graduation BA/B.Sc with minimum 50% marks and also must have B.Ed from recognized University.
  • Appearing in final 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) / B.A. (Ed.)/  B.Ed B.Sc. (Ed.), (Special Education) with minimum 50% marks in BA/ B.Sc those candidates are eligible for Sikkim TET.

Application Fee:

  • Application Fee for all the categories will be Rs. 400 /-
  • The fee payment can be done via net banking, debit/credit card.
  • Candidates can pay the fee through offline mode as specified by the authorities.

Sikkim TET 2023 Application Form:

Sikkim TET Application form will be released through online mode at its official website. Interested Candidates can apply for the Exam before the last date of the Application Form.

Steps to fill the Application Form:

  • Visit official website http://sikkimhrdd.org/
  • At Home page check for the “Apply Online” link and click on it.
  • Then fill the Online Application form with the required details.
  • Then upload their scanned documents of photograph and signature should be in JPG format.
  • After successfully uploading the documents, select the test center. Applicants can choose two test centers, one of which is primary and secondary.
  • Then Pay the Application fee through TS Online or Net Banking Or Credit / Debit Cards.
  • Now once again check the details you entered then click the Submit button.
  • Then the take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Exam Pattern for STET 2023:

The exam pattern is provided below, the candidate must know the examination pattern details.

  • STET Exam will be conducted through offline mode.
  • The duration of the exam will be 3 Hours.
  • Objective Types questions will be asked in the Exam.
  • The Question paper consists of 150 questions
  • 1 mark will be given for the correct answer.
  • No negative marking for wrong answers.

Admit Card:

STET 2023 Admit Card will be released through online mode from the official website. Candidates should download their Sikkim TET 2023 Admit Card by entering login ID & Password. The Admit Card will not be sent by any post. The Admit Card will contain details like Exam date, Exam venue, Roll Number, etc. Before downloading Admit Card Candidates must check the details mentioned in the card and then download it.

Steps to download Sikkim TET, Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website.
  • Then search for the ‘ Download STET Admit Card ‘ and click on it.
  • After that Enter Registration Number and DOB.
  • Click Submit Button.
  • Sikkim TET Admit Card display on the screen.
  • Download it and take the print out.

Result:

The Authority will declare the Sikkim TET Results online at their official website. The candidates should check their results by giving their Registration Number, Admit Card Number, and Date of Birth & Captcha code.
