CG PPHT 2024: Chhattisgarh pre-pharmacy test or the CG PPHT is an examination that is conducted at the state level each year. This examination is organized by CG Vyapam. If the candidate is able to get through the examination, then they will be able to apply for the B.Pharma and the D.Pharm courses.   • The application form is available online. You can visit the official website,
  • The application forms will not be received via courier or via post.
  • When filling up the application form, the candidate will have to submit the working email is and the mobile number.
  • The candidates will have to upload the scanned image of the signature, the photograph, and also the thumb impression in the format that is prescribed.
  • The scanned image of the signatures and the photographs will have to be between 40 KB to 50 KB in the JPEG format.
  • If the application form is incomplete or incorrectly filled, then it will be rejected. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the application form is filled up carefully.
  • You will not have to send the hard copy of the application form to the examining authority.
  • Once the form is submitted, the candidates will have to take a number of print outs of the application form in order to process further.

CG PPHT Application Fee:

The candidate will have to submit an application fee online. They can make the payment either through debit card, debit card, or through net banking. This application fee will be non-refundable and also non-transferable. For the candidates belonging to the general category, the application fee will be Rs. 200. The application fee for the OBC candidates will be Rs. 150 and the SC/ST/PwD candidates will be Rs.100.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • In order to appear for this test, the candidate will have to qualify for the intermediate from any recognized university or board.
  • Candidates who want to apply for the Chattisgarh quota seats will have to have Chattisgarh state domiciled.
  • The candidates will have to qualify for the class XII examination with Chemistry, Physics and also any one of the subjects from Mathematics, Biology or Biotechnology. They will need to have English as a mandatory subject. The candidate will have to score a minimum of 45% marks in the PCB or PCM. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBT/PH category will have to score a minimum of 45% marks in the PCB or PCM. The SC/ST candidates will have to get a minimum of 40% marks.
  • In order to apply for the examination, the candidate cannot be more than 30 years old.
  • For the female candidates and the candidates belonging to the reserved category, three years of relaxation will have to be given.
  • In order to apply for the D.Pharm course, there is no age limit.

Exam Pattern:

This examination is an MCQ-based examination and this is conducted offline. The duration of the examination is for 180 minutes and the type of questions is multiple-choice questions. The questions are on Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. There is 1 mark for each correct answer and there is no negative marking.

Admit Card:

The candidates will be able to download the admit card once they successfully fill up the application form. The candidates will have to enter their registration ID, the code, and their date of birth. The candidates will have to carry the admit card in the examination hall and without it, they will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Along with the admit card, the candidate will have to carry a photo id proof as well. The admit card will have the name of the candidates, the name of the examination, the examination center, roll number, examination date of time, and also the address of the test centre.

Result:

The candidates will be able to check out the results in the first week of June. The result will be available on the official website. First, the scorecards of the candidates is released and after that, the merit list is published based on the scorecards. For the unreserved category, the qualifying marks are 10% and for the reserved category, it is 5%. The scorecard will have the personal details of the candidate, the name, the subject-wise marks, and also the total marks obtained. It is important to verify all those details before downloading them.

Cut Off

In order to qualify for the examination, the minimum cut off is set by the examination authority. If the candidates are able to get the cut off then it will mean that they will be qualifying for the entrance examination. Based on the merit list the candidates will be called for the counseling session.
