JKBOPEE PG Diploma Admission 2023, Registration, Exam Date

JKBOPEE PG Diploma Admission 2023: Admissions will begin soon. The state-level entrance examination is authorised by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Test Administrators. The Jammu and Kashmir Polytechnic Entrance Test is for polytechnic programmes in various subjects.

The examination happens once a year in all the state’s private and public polytechnic institutes. The examination is held offline. Qualified candidates can apply and get admission. The main admission will be provided to aspirants based on an acceptable score in NEET-PG.

JKBOPEE PG Diploma Admission 2023 Application Form:

  • A candidate can fill out the application form on the official website of JKBOPEE. There will be a form available for the JKBOPEE PG Diploma 2023. https://jkbopee.gov.in/
  • Candidates must fill out the form by the due date provided by the officials. Fill out the form with the correct details about the name, address, contact, email address, course name, personal information, education details, qualifications, etc.
  • The documents needed for the application are the MBBS Degree Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, Matriculation Certificate, MBBS Marks Cards, NEET Result Card, and State Subject Certificate.
  • The candidate needs to upload documents to check their identity and prove it. Upload a passport-size photo and signature with a thumb impression. The fee amount is required to be paid before submitting the form. Keep a printout of the application form along with some xerox copies.

Application Fee:

The application fee for the diploma course is Rs 2000. The amount is payable online via net banking, credit card, or debit card.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate is required to fulfill these criteria to apply for the course.

  • Aspiring applicants must be permanent residents of J&K State. Indian nationals and non-resident Indians can also apply.
  • Candidates must have an MBBS/BDS degree from the University of Jammu  University Pass out.
  • There is no specific age limit given by the participating institution or authority.
  • The aspirant’s domicile is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be Indian or from some other state and are eligible to apply.
  • Most importantly, to apply, competitors need to have an acceptable score of NEET 2022 as per the National Board of Examinations.
  • They also should be registered with the Medical or Dental Council (as applicable) MCI/DCI/SMC/SDC, which is essential for candidates that passed the NEET-PG 2022.

JKBOPEE PG Diploma 2023 Courses Offered

The dental degree courses or postgraduate medical courses last for 3 years as specified by MCI or DCI. Aspiring students who are eager to pursue admission in the PG diploma course in Jammu and Kashmir are required to submit their bio-data and necessary documents.

JKBOPEE PG Diploma 2023 Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be listed on the merit list. The merit list will be published on the official website soon after the application process. The provisional merit list will show the category status of the applied candidates. In the case of applicants belonging to the sports classification quota, they are expected to submit the necessary documents to the BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar.

Counseling:

  • Candidates who need counselling can register on the official website. A registration form is required to be filled out to start the counselling process. The form can be dismissed if a mistake is established in the details.
  • The exam conducting authorities will prepare the merit list according to the applicant’s NEET PG examination. The marks scored in that examination will be critical for selection.
  • The counselling will provide details of the seat allotted to the applicant. The seats will be allotted in Jammu and Kashmir state colleges according to seat availability, document verification, and mark score. Candidates can choose their preferred college in any state.
  • The seat allotment process will be done during counselling time. Then candidates will have to appear at the allotted college with an admission fee for final admission.

JKBOPEE PG Diploma Admission 2023:

The admissions process will start after counselling and seat allotment. Carry Adhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or any other identity verification document that the Institute may accept; Matriculation Certificate, MBBS Degree Certificate, Internship completion certificate, MBBS Marks cards, NEET Result Card, State Subject Certificate, and recognition certificate (if required).
