KIITEE 2023: KITTEE is shortened for Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, commences an all India KIITEE 2023 Entrance Examination by KIIT University. Candidates can take admission into various UG & PG programmes offered by the university. The admission will be offered into engineering & technology, arts, computer applications, nursing, architecture, computer application, and other various fields. KIITEE 2023 Application Form:

The availability of the application form will be possible only if you download it from the official website. The appropriate process for filling the application form is as follows:

  • First of all, click the option ‘Apply Online’ link which is easily available on site such as http://www.kiitee.ac.in/
  • Then on the re-directed page, choose the course in which you want to apply and then press ‘Submit’
  • After this, press the ‘Confirm’ and ‘Apply Online’ options. Now, enter the details in the blanks and press the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Lastly, do not forget the tale out of the printout of the application form. Attach the required self-attested documents and submit them to the concerned authority i.e. university office.

Point to Note:  The availability of the application form will be 90 days on the official website from the time of release. Read all the instructions carefully before filling the application form. There is no application fee when applying for KITEE.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Those who wish to apply for KIITEE 2023 Entrance Exam must have passed 10+2 or HSE from the state board of education and have done with the subjects such as PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) with at least 60% marks.
  • Those who have been born on or after 1 July 2001 can apply for the entrance test.

Seat Reservation:

The pattern of seat reservation is as follows:

  • 15% of seats are reserved for those candidates who belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
  • 5% of seats have been reserved for those candidates who belong to the scheduled tribe (ST) category.
  • 3% of seats have been reserved for those candidates who belong to Physically Challenged (PC) category.
  • 60% of seat reservation is for female students.
  • Unoccupied seats every year are offered to the candidates belonging to the General category.

Exam Pattern:

  • The Exam will be conducted through Online Mode (CBT).
  • The entire question paper consisted of 120 objective-type questions overall which are for those applying for engineering.
  • Those who are applying for medical programmes go through 180 questions.
  • The time to complete the question paper will be 3 hours and the mode to answer all questions will be English only.
  • For every correct answer, the candidate will be given 4 marks each.
  • 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer

Admit Card:

To get the admit card, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • First of all download the ‘Admit Card’ via the official website of KIT University.
  • Go to the official web page of KIT University and then press ‘Admit Card’
  • After clicking the ‘Admit Card’, enter details such as Gender/Sex, Registration Number, and Date of birth. After doing this much, click on ‘Submit’ to get done with the completion of the process.
  • You will be able to access ‘Admit Card’ on the Next Window. Take out a printout for future reference.

Counseling:

KIITEE counseling process will be started in April 2023. The candidates can take part in the counseling based on course choice and order of merit.  It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counseling process. Candidates will have to attend the counseling as per the schedule. Counselling & seat allocation process will be purely based on the merit list. The following documents will be required at the time of counseling:

  • Graduation mark sheet & passing certificate
  • KIITEE Rank Card
  • KIITEE Admit Card
  • Valid Photo ID proof
  • Diploma pass certificate/3-year mark sheet (for lateral entry candidates)
  • E./ Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc./ Equivalent degree certificate (For LLM/ PhD/ M.Tech candidates)
  • Relevant certificate issued by the competent authority, clearly indicating reservation criteria claimed by the candidate.
  • Multiple passport size photographs
