SNAP 2023: SNAP is shortened for Symbiosis National Aptitude Online Test and the entrance test will be organized for those who are deeply interested in MBA/M.Sc (Computer Applications)/M.Sc (System Security) courses within the Symbiosis International University. The university commences the SNAP entrance test for choosing the candidates and gives chance to able candidates to apply for a variety of courses of their choice. This entrance examination will be organized at the university level. The entrance examination will be a combination of online tests, Grade Equivalent + Personal Interview.

SNAP 2023 Application Form:

Find below the SNAP Registration 2023 related information:

  • University will release the application form via online mode.
  • Go to the official website and register
  • It is suggested to check the recommended that the applicants go through the eligibility criteria prior to applying for the exams.
  • The application form will be released in the month of August.
  • Follow the instructions given on the website to fill the application.
  • The application window will remain open for almost two months.
  • Candidates cannot make alterations to the application form after final submission.
  • The cost of the application fee is Rs 1750/- if paid via online mode. However, you can make payment via Demand Draft which includes all the taxes and the amount will be Rs 2065/-. The DD should be made in favor of the “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have completed their degree of graduation from some known university or a known board.
  • Those who are from the general category must have attained at least 50% in the final qualifying examination.
  • The applicants from the SC or ST category must have attained at least 45% marks in the final qualifying examination
  • The applicants must have attained their education from a foreign (International) university must have attained the certificate from the AIU (Association of Indian University).
  • Those who are completing their graduation and are in the final year can also apply for the entrance test.

Exam Pattern:

  • The examination will be commenced via online mode
  • The candidate is required to complete the examination within 120 months.
  • The candidate is required to complete 150 questions.
  • The test will be objective MCQ type questions.
  • The candidate will get 1 mark for every correct answer.
  • There will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for an incorrect answer.
  • The candidate needs to prepare from the following subjects:
  • General English will have 40 questions
  • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency will have 40 questions
  • Current Affairs will have 30 questions
  • Analytical & Logical Reasoning will have 40 questions

SNAP Syllabus 2023:

  • General English: Jumbled paragraphs (6 sentences with first and last fixed), Comprehension of passage (Poems can also come), Verbal Reasoning, Antonyms, Fill In the Blanks, Sentence correction, The odd man out, Idioms, One-word substitution, Different usage of the same word, Sentence completion, Jumbled paragraphs with 4 or 5 sentences.
  • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency: Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Profit & Loss, Averages, Complex numbers, Co-ordinate geometry, Logarithm, Probability, Permutations & Combinations, Trigonometry, Vectors, HCF & LCM, Geometric Progression, Arithmetic progression, Arithmetic mean, Geometric mean, Ratios & Proportion, Percentages, In-equations Quadratic & linear equations Algebra.
  • Current Affairs: Social issues, World Records, Books, & authors, Science, History, Geography, International organizations, Business, The punchline of companies, Top officials of big companies, Sports, Finance, Automobiles, Entertainment, Politics
  • Analytical & Logical Reasoning: Puzzles, Data Interpretation based on text, graphs & tables, Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Assumption-Premise-Conclusion, Assertion and reasons, Statements and assumptions, identifying valid inferences, Identifying Strong arguments & Weak arguments, Symbol Based problems, Coding & decoding, Sequencing, identifying next number in series.

Admit Card:

  • The admit card will be released through the official website.
  • Download the admit card and print it for further use.
  • After fetching the printed copy of the admit card, the candidate will paste the latest photograph and sign the copy.
  • Carry the admit card to the exam centre as it is an important document to carry along with you.

Result:

  • The examination result will be released via the official website.
  • Download the exam result and seek the print copy for further needs.
  • Keep the copy of the result safely as it may be required at the time of admission.
  • The candidate is required to clear the PI for seeking admission to the desired course.
