AFMC Nursing 2023: The Application form can be filled out to seek admission to a nursing course. MNS 2023 Applications are invited for providing admission to female candidates into the B.Sc Nursing course for four years. The examination is managed by Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. MNS Application Form 2023:

The AFMC Nursing 2023 Application form will be released online mode on the official website. Interested candidates can fill out the Application form before the Last date of the Application form. Candidates are required to keep a copy of the MNS Application Form 2023 with them for further reference. Make sure to read all the instructions before you start filling out the application form. Incorrect filled details may lead to cancellation.

Steps to Apply for Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2023:

  • Visit the official website of AFMC Nursing 2023.
  • Then fill in basic details such as name, parent’s name, category, mail ID, and phone number.
  • Candidates get the application number & password on the registered mail ID & number.
  • Using the given login credentials proceed to complete the application process.
  • Now fill educational, address & other details.
  • Now upload the scanned image of the passport size photograph & signature in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Then submit the application fee.
  • After the fee will get submitted, a confirmation page will appear on your screen.

MNS Application Form 2023 Fee:

  • Candidates are required to submit Rs.200 as an application fee. Make a payment of the application fee via modes such as credit card/debit card.

Military Exam: Eligibility Criteria:

Find below the AFMC Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria, If you are submitting the AFMC Nursing Application form just read the below steps.

Nationality:

  • The candidate must be of Indian origin.
  • The candidate should be medically fit.
  • The candidate’s level of fitness will be checked by the Medical Board of Military Medical officers.
  • Only Female candidates need to apply.

Age Criteria:

  • The minimum age limit of the candidate must be 17 years and the maximum age limit must be 25 years.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology subjects in the very first attempt.
  • The candidate must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the final examination.
  • Those who are appearing in the examination are also eligible to apply for AFMC Nursing 2023.

Selection Procedure:

  • The selection procedure will be based on the merit of the candidate at an All India level. A written objective type of examination will be conducted in February/ March every year, at certain selected centers (Published from time to time.)
  • Successful candidates will be called for an interview at selected centers in April/May each year.
  • Candidates must be declared medically fit. The fitness will be determined by the Medical Board of Military Medical Officers. Merit listed candidates based on the interview and medical fitness will be called for B. Sc. (Nsg) course.
  • The students undergoing BSc nursing training will be granted permanent and Short Service Commission at a ratio of 60:40 based on their merit. The short service commission students are required to execute a bond of the agreement to serve in the Military Nursing Service for a minimum period of 5 yrs upon successful completion of the course.

AFMC Nursing 2023 Exam Pattern:

  • The Exam will be conducted through Online Mode.
  • The question paper will be in the English language.
  • There are Multiple Choice Questions and candidates are required to select one correct option from four available options.
  • The exam duration will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Questions in the question paper will be asked from subjects such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics, General Intelligence, and English language subjects.

Syllabus:

The syllabus of the AFMC Nursing 2023 will be based on the 10th and 12th classes. There are some important topics from the given section:

Biology: The important topics from biology are Diversity in the living world, genetic evolution, ecology and environment, reproduction and development in humans, biology and human welfare, structure, and functions of plants, structure, and function – animals.

Physics: Introduction and measurement, Work, energy and power, oscillation, electrostatics, magnetism, electromagnetic induction, and alternating currents, ray optics and optical instrument, current electricity, magnetic effect of current, atom, molecules, and nuclei, electrons and photons, electromagnetic waves, gravitation, rotational motion.

Chemistry: Some basic concepts of chemistry, atomic structure, chemical thermodynamics, chemical energy, state of matter, solutions, redox reactions, electrochemistry, surface chemistry, hydrogen, chemical kinetics, classifications of elements, periodicity in properties, and chemical bonding.

Interview & Medical Examination:

After the exam, the interview and medical examination will be conducted at selected centers. Candidates who declared FIT or UNFIT in the medical examination will be informed about their medical status, including the procedure of requesting an “appeal or review medical board” by the President of the Selection Medical Board (SMB).

AFMC Nursing 2023 Admit Card:

Candidates are required to avail of admit cards from the official website. Hall tickets or Admit Card can be attained through the official website. Most probably this card will be released in July. Enter your registration number and date of birth for seeking to admit card. Make sure for keeping the admit card with you and carrying it later to the examination hall.

Steps To Download the Indian Army B.Sc Nursing Admit Card 2023:

  • Visit the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the Officier Enter Application Login.
  • Enter your User Name and Password.
  • Then search for the Admit Card.
  • Download and take the printout of the Admit Card.

AFMC Nursing Result 2023:

The exam conducting authority will select the list of selected aspirants for the interview round. Scores and roll numbers of the candidates are mentioned in the list. The result of the examination will be released in March.

MNS 2023 Admission:

The admission details are announced along with the declaration of the results. The selection procedure will be based on the All India merit list. Those who are successful in the written test will be called for the interview round. However, the selection is based on written, scores achieved, interview, seat availability, and medical fitness.
