The Indian Army B.Sc. Nursing Application Form 2023  will release in June 2023. Interested Candidates must fill out the Application Form before the last date. candidates can follow the steps below to fill out the Application Form:

Steps to apply for Military Nursing Service (MNS) 2023 Application Form:

  • Visit the official website of the Indian Army i.e, https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/index.htm
  • Then click on the ‘Officers entry apply/ login’ tab to register and apply.
  • For a new registration, click on ‘Registration’
  • Then select the ‘Continue’ tab and complete the registration process by filling the mandatory fields (Aadhaar/ enrolment no, candidate name, father/ guardian name, mother’s name, date of birth, and mobile no) and ‘Submit’
  • Now, provide the OTP received on your registered email ID and select the ‘Submit’ tab to continue.
  • The next step is to fill in the remaining mandatory fields and set the password.
  • Now, click on the ‘Save’ button to continue.
  • Proceed with ‘Communication Details’ and hit the ‘Update’ button & ‘Save & Continue’
  • The registration process is done now. Candidates have to click on the ‘OK’ button as a pop-up message ‘Record saved successfully’ appears.
  • Now click on ‘Apply Online’ on the dashboard to fill out the online application form.
  • Enter all the mandatory fields, upload signature, and photo (keeping the specifications as prescribed) & ‘Save & Continue’
  • Then fill in all the required details and click on the ‘Edit’ button if required and ‘Submit Now’
  • Now Pay the Application Fee and click on ‘Submit’ to complete the application process.

  • The application fee can be paid through a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Interested candidates are requested to check the MNS 2023 eligibility criteria before applying:

Nationality:

  • The candidate should be a citizen of India.

Gender and Marital Status:

  • Female candidates who are divorced/legally separated/ unmarried/widows without encumbrances can apply for the MNS 2023 Entrance examination.

Age Criteria:

  • The candidate must have been born between October 01, 1995 – September 30, 2003, including these two dates.

Education Qualification:

  • Candidate must have successfully cleared class XII or equivalent with subjects like Biology (Botany And Zoology), Chemistry, Physics, and English.
  • In XII or equivalent examination, a candidate must have received more than 50% marks.
  • The candidate must have received regular education from a statutory recognized board or body.
  • Those who are in their final year can also apply for the exam but they must have received more than 50% marks and fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Physical Standards:

Candidates who are selected will submit proof of passing the qualifying examination, showing the requisite subject and marks. Those who wish to apply for the Indian Army BSc Nursing 2023, should fulfill the physical standards below:

  • X-Ray examination of Chest and USG (of abdomen & pelvis).
  • The minimum height of the candidates should be 152 cm. However, female candidates belonging to the North-Eastern region of India, Garhwal & Kumaon, can have a minimum height of 148 cm.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Entrance Exam (Online Mode), Interview round, and Fulfilling medical criteria. Those who clear the entrance exam and will be there on the merit list will be called for the interview round.

Indian Army B.Sc Nursing 2023 Interview Details:

Candidates who qualify for the computer-based examination will be called for the Interview. The face-to-face interview session will be tentatively held in June 2023. The final selection will be based on combined performance in the CBT and Interview. The Interview will be 100 marks. During the interview, questions will be asked about the candidates about their families, education, nursing, etc.

Medical Test:

After Interview gets over, the candidate will appear for a medical test before the Special Medical Board (SMB). As per the performance in the medical test, candidates will be declared FIT/UNFIT. The result will be informed by the President of the Medical Board including the procedure of requesting for “Appeal / Review Medical Board”.
