Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicant must be possessed with the degree of Candidates must possess BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS
  • Candidates with a provisional BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS Pass Certificate (recognized as per the provisions of the IMCC 1970/HCC 1973 Act) may also apply for AIAPGET 2022 examination.
  • Permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/ BUMS/ BSMS/ BHMS/Graded BHMS degree qualification issued by the CCIM/CCH/state board/universities/deemed universities
  • Candidate must have successfully completed one year of internship or is likely to complete the internship before September 30, 2022
  • There is no upper age limit to apply.
  • Candidates can apply as many times as intended.

AIAPGET 2022 Admission Process:

Those who are planning to seek admission into post-graduate programme under AIAPGET must know the selection procedure. The process is well-explained below:

  • First register via online mode through the official website of the NTA AIAPGET. As already said, AIAPGET examination is being commenced for various postgraduate courses in four different disciplines. Thus, it is important that candidates select the correct discipline while filling the application form. After completing the registration process fill the application form and submit a non-refundable registration fee. It is recommended to take the print of the filled application form till the admission process gets over.

Admit Card:

After successfully submitting the application form, an admit card will be issued. Candidates need to sign in to the registered accounts on the official website of NTA AIAPGET in order to download the admit card.

Steps to Download Admit Card:

  1. Visit the official website – www.ntaaiapget.nic.in
  2. Click on “Download Admit Card
  3. Enter Application number, Date of Birth, and Security pin
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. Check the details on the admit card
  6. Download and print the admit card

Exam Pattern:

General:

  • The exam will be commenced in a single shift for all the courses
  • Each candidate will be given a desktop at the examination centre
  • The candidate will also get a pen/pencil and a sheet of paper (for rough work) at the exam centre
  • Candidates will get 120 minutes to complete the paper.

Question paper pattern:

  • Paper will be consisted of MCQ and objective type questions both
  • Candidate will get 120 questions to solve.

Marking Scheme:

  • 4 marks will be given on every correct answer and I mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • Marks will not be either awarded nor deducted for unattempted questions

Exam Result:

After the exam gets successfully over, the result will be declared on the official website. There will be the release of a separate list for Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. Those who successfully qualify for the examination will be eligible to attend the counseling round.

Counseling Process:

To appear in counselling, candidates need to register on the official portal of MCC. A separate application form has to be filled for the counseling round. Then there will be the release of the seat allotment list based on the merits of the candidates who have registered on the MCC portal. Chosen candidates will report to the allocated institute with the required documents for admission confirmation.

Registration Fee (Non-refundable):

  • UR/OBC: Rs 2,000
  • SC/ST/PwD: Rs 1,000
  • All: 5,000

Security Fee (Refundable):

  • UR/OBC: Rs 10,000
  • SC/ST/PwD: Rs 10,000
  • All: 50,000

Choice Filling:

Applicants need to login to the registered accounts via roll number and password. Select the specialty/college in the order of preference. Check the choices filled in the preferred form of counselling before final submission. Once the choices have been submitted, you cannot make any changes.

  • AIAPGET 2022 admit card and result
  • AIAPGET 2020 result
  • Mark Sheets and degree certificate of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS
  • Internship Completion
  • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by CCIM/State Medical Council
  • Higher Secondary Certificate to be used as a birth certificate
  • A valid photo ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card)
  • Caste/community Certificate
