Nationality: The candidate should be a citizen of India
Age Limit: Candidates should need more than 18 years. There is no certain upper maximum age limit for the eligibility of Assistant Professor.
Educational Qualification:
GSET would consist of two papers. Both the papers would have only objective type questions and would be held in two separate sessions as under:

NOTE: (i) Five questions each carrying 2 marks are to be set from each Module.
(ii) Whenever graphical/pictorial question(s) are set for sighted aspirants, a passage followed by an equal number of questions and weightage would be set for visually impaired aspirants.
After completion of the paper, one Subject of paper II can be decided by the aspirant. The list is given below.
