Eligibility Criteria:

The aspirants who wish to apply for the IBPS clerk examination must fulfill the eligibility criteria. So before filling the application form check whether you are applicable for it or not.

Nationality:

  • The candidate should be a citizen of India. Besides citizens of Bhutan, Nepal, and Tibetan refugees who came before 1st Jan 1962 can also apply for the exam. Candidates of Indian origin and have migrated from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam, Myanmar, etc can apply.

Age:

  • The age of the candidate should be between 20 to 28 years. The candidates of reserved categories are provided with relaxation.

IBPS 2023 Education Qualification:

The candidate must have done graduation from any discipline which is from any recognized university. Candidate must have basic knowledge of operating computers. The candidate must also be proficient in the official language of his/her state.

IBPS Clerk 2023 Exam Pattern:

The examination will be held in two phases: – preliminary and mains. The candidates who qualify pre exam will be eligible for mains. The examination will be in two languages Hindi and English except for the English section it will be in English only. The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance.

Preliminary Exam:

  • The mode of the exam will be online.
  • There will be three sections in the exam English, Numerical Ability, and reasoning.
  • The total number of questions in the exam is 100.
  • The duration of the exam will be of 1 hour.
  • There will be a deduction of the ¼th mark for each wrong answer.

IBPS Clerk Admit Card:

The admit card is very essential for the exam. The candidate needs to carry it along with them in the examination hall. The admit card is released a few days before the examination. It can be downloaded through the official website using the application number and password/date of birth. The candidate without Admit Card will not be allowed to attend the exam. Also, carry some ID proof with you.

The IBPS Clerk 2023 Result will be made available on the official website of IBPS Prelims as well as mains. The candidates can check their result from there. The candidates who qualify for the Pre-Exam will be called for the mains exam. The result will be declared by the dates mentioned.

IBPS 2023 Cut Off:

The cut off for IBPS Clerk will be fixed according to the no. of vacancies in the state. The candidate needs to score accordingly to clear the cutoff. The marks scored by the candidate in the mains exam will only be considered in making the merit list.
