APIIT NAT 2023: NAT stands for National Level Entrance examination commenced once a year by APIIT (Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology). As SD India has a connection with international academics and thus takes the career of aspirants in some new direction, it offers engineering courses at the graduation level. These courses include Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering Electrical& Electronic Engineering, and Biotechnology Engineering. It has consisted of other disciplines as well as Business studies. APIIT NAT exam is conducted via Society for Research & Development in Education (SRDE), New Delhi.

More About APIIT NAT:

There is the admission process for 75% of seats which is carried out by Haryana State Counselling Society via ‘ONLINE OFF CAMPUS’ centralized counseling based on the JEE Mains merit ranking. The rest of the 25% seats will be reserved for the Institute level and are fixed on the merit list which is prepared based on the results in the NAT entrance test. Those who apply for the online test need to show the Online Test Code and will be facilitated with some unique ID and password too via SMS or through emailing procedure three hours before the commencement of the examination.

APIIT NAT 2023 Application Form:

• The application form will be provided via online mode and it begins with the online registration.
• Candidates are required to move onto the official site.
• There are some basic entries that candidates need to complete such as name, parents’ names, contact info, and exam result of Higher secondary.
• The code which is displayed needs to be typed and then click the Submit button.
• The online procedure will help in making registration for the courses at APIIT SD India, Panipat.
• After filling the application form, send it along with a DD of Rs 700/- in favor of APIIT SD INDIA”, which is payable at Panipat.

NAT Eligibility Criteria:

• Those who are applying for B.Tech courses need to have done with higher secondary via accepted university or board with a subject such as Maths and Physics as mandatory subjects. Along with these two subjects, the candidate needs to have subjects like Biology or Computer Science or Chemistry or Biotechnology
• Candidate must have acquired with a minimum of 45% marks for general category and the percentage is 40% for those who belong to reserved category
• Those who have attained over 40 marks in JEE Mains can apply for first counseling
• Those who are applying for Lateral Entry to B.Tech, candidates must have done with the diploma in courses like technology and Engineering for three years of duration period or even more from AICTE accepted institute. The required percentage here would be 45% for those who belong to the general category and the percentage is 40% for those who are in the reserved category.
• Applicants need to have passed in B.Sc from some recognized university as defined by UGC with 50% marks in Maths as the main subject. However, it is 45% for those who belong to the reserved category.

Examination Pattern:

• The Exam will be conducted Online Mode.
• The question paper comprises 100 questions of 300 marks, that are multiple-choice.
• The exam duration will be 2 hrs 30 min.
• For every correct answer, candidates will receive 3 marks each and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answers.

Syllabus for Physics: Description of Motion in One Dimension, Units and Measurement, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Gravitation, Oscillations & Waves, Rotational Motion and Moment of Inertia, Heat and Thermodynamics, Current Electricity, Electrostatics, Magnetic Effects of Currents, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Ray Optics, Wave Optics, Solids, and Semi-Conductors Devices

Syllabus for Maths: Matrices and Determinants, Complex Numbers, Quadratic Equations, Permutations and Combinations, Sequences and Series, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, Binomial Theorem, and Its Applications,  Differential Equations, Two Dimensional Geometry, Three Dimensional Geometry, Vector Algebra, Probability,  Trigonometry, and Numerical Methods

Syllabus for Chemistry: Basic concepts in Chemistry, Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics, Chemical Thermodynamics, Bio-molecules, Polymers, s- block and p – block elements, Alcohols, Phenols, and Ethers, C-ordination Compounds, Hydrocarbons, States of matter.

Syllabus for General Aptitude: Problems on Ages, Simplification, H.C.F. and L.C.M, Simple & Compound Interest, Boats and Streams, Partnership, Mixture and Allegation, Discounts, Time and Distance, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Percentages, Pipes and Cisterns, Time and Work, Number Systems, Mensuration, Data Interpretation.

Admit Card:

The APIIT NAT Admit Card will be released in the 1^st week of July 2023. Candidates can download the Admit Card from the official website. The Admit Card will consist of the details like Exam Venue, exam date, exam time, etc.

Result:

APIIT NAT Result will announce in the 2^nd week of June 2023. The Result will be announced on the official website. Candidates can check the Result by using the details such as the application number.

APIIT NAT Counseling:

After the declaration of the results, there will be 1st Counselling which will be fixed at least 10 days later. The admission process will begin soon after.
