MPPEB Recruitment 2024: The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MP Vyapam) was established by the state government in 1970. It is also known as “Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal” or “Vyapam” in Hindi.

This board is autonomous and self-funded and conducts recruitment entrance examinations throughout the state. There are lakhs of students who appear in this exam. Candidates interested in applying should visit the MPPEB’s official website at http://peb.mp.gov.in/.

MPPEB Recruitment 2024 Application Form:

The official website will announce the application form release date. To apply, a candidate needs to visit the official website of the MPPEB. Choose the preferred language and select the online form option.

A list will be shown with the vacancies available currently. Select the Profile Registration Form option in the candidate profile category. The candidates must register or verify themselves with a phone number and OTP. The verification process will send a registration ID and password to the registered mobile number. Save the message and the ID password for further usage.

After successful login, the candidate will be asked for eKYC. Follow any of the two options provided there. The first is eKYC via OTP, and the second is eKYC via Biometrics. Choose any one of them to receive an eKYC. After that, the application form will be available on the website. Fill out the application form with the correct and valid information and upload the required documents. Select your pay selection to proceed and submit the application form.

The applicant must save the application form and fee receipt as a PDF. Also, take a printout and a Xerox copy for further reference.

There are different fees for different posts. Applicants that are not from the general category can get fee relaxation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates need to check the eligibility criteria to apply for MPPEB. The eligibility criteria for various jobs have been summarised below.

The Rural Agricultural Officer:

The candidate should possess a degree in Agricultural Science. General category applicants must have an age between 18 and 40 years (age relaxation is provided to reserved categories according to government norms).

Group-03 Draughtsman or Sub-Engineer:

The candidate must have finished class 12th along with a diploma in the concerned subject. General category applicants must have an age between 18 and 40 years (age relaxation is provided to reserved categories according to government norms).

Jail Prahari:

Applicants must have at least passed class 12th. General category candidates can have age between 18 and 33 years (age relaxation is provided to reserved categories according to government norms). Jail Prahari aspirants must meet the physical requirements listed here.

• The male candidate’s height should be 165 cm, and for females, it is 158 cm.
• The minimum chest size for males is 83 cm. However, these benchmarks do not apply to female candidates.
• The running skills of the male candidate will be tested by covering the distance of 800 metres in 2 minutes and 50 seconds and the females in 4 minutes.
• Male candidates are required to demonstrate a shot-put of a 7.260 kg ball through 20 feet, and for females it is a 4 kg ball through 16 feet.

A Police Constable:

The candidate should have passed the 12th at least. General category applicants must have age between 18 to 33 years (age relaxation is provided to reserved categories according to government norms).

MPPEB Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern:

The exam pattern depends on the post-selection. There will be an Objective Type Question Paper in the examination. There will be two question papers. The first will be general MCQ and the second will be on the chosen subject.

Multiple choice quizzes (MCQs) in the subjects of English Language, Hindi Language, Mathematics, Computer Knowledge, General Knowledge (GK), Current Affairs, etc.

A total of 100 questions is expected to be finished in a time duration of 02–03 hours. The questions will have one mark each (a total of 100 marks).

MPPEB Recruitment 2024 Syllabus:

The MPPEB Recruitment 2024 Syllabus is based on the two-question paper that will appear in the examination.

• General Hindi and English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude, English Grammar, General Reasoning Ability, General Mathematics, General Computer, and General Science are all covered in Paper 1.
• Paper 2 will be for 100 marks on the subjects the candidate applied for.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be chosen based on the marks obtained in the written examination. There will also be a physical test as per the regulations.

Then A category-wise merit list will be prepared by the authorities. The candidates who score above the cut-off marks will appear for document verification and a medical checkup.

Admit Card:

The admit card will be released on the official website before the examination. Check the official website for exam-related information and updates. Download the admit card from the website and carry it along to the examination.

Result:

The authorities of MPPEB will declare the result officially on the website. It will be released shortly after the examination.

Answer Key:

The answer key will also be available after the examination is over. Candidates can check the answer key to verify their doubts.
