Rajasthan Pre PG 2024: Rajasthan Pre-PG Examination is an entrance test commenced to grant admission to the MSc programmes in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Home Science/Community Science, and MFSc Fisheries Science proffered at the Rajasthan State Agricultural Universities. Eligibility Criteria:

Here are the eligibility criteria followed for the Rajasthan Pre-PG exam:

  • Applicant must have attained 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent OGPA in four years of undergraduate qualifying degree examinations. However, a relaxation of 5% aggregate will be given to the applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/MBC/EWS/SAP categories.
  • Those who are in their bachelor’s degree may also apply for the examination. They will get provisional admission until and unless they submit the required documents and certificates.
  • Those who have completed their UG Degree programme via JET/National level/ State level entrance exam or completed their degree programme from SAUs and their constituent colleges of Rajasthan may also apply.

Exam Pattern:

  • The paper will be commenced in the English language only.
  • There will be multiple choice type questions to solve

Admission Process:

The admission procedure is divided into the stages as follows:

  • Application Process: First fill out the application form using the online mode. To fill out the form, visit the official website and register by entering the compulsory details. As soon as the registration gets over, sign in to the official website and complete the process by filling in all the details and submitting the application form. Make sure to pay the Application fee (Rs 2,800 for General, OBC, MBC, and EWS category candidates and Rs 1,400 for SC, ST, and SAP (40 percent and above disability) candidates.
  • Admit Card: Download the admit card after the successful submission of the application form. Use the login credentials to acquire the admit card. Take the print of the admit card and carry it to the examination center. Also, carry a photo identity card for verification.
  • Appear for the Exam: Now, appear for the examination on the stipulated date and time. Reporting time and venue must be mentioned on the admit card, kindly adhere to it.
  • Answer Key: There will be the release of the Answer Key after the exam gets over. Download the Answer Key and check the marks scored. This will help you to get an estimate of the marks you will achieve in the exam.
  • Result: The result will be released on the official website. The shortlisted candidates will fill the online Option Form by submitting the requisite fee to participate in the online admission/counseling process.
