RPET Pharmacy 2023: RPET Pharmacy or Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test Pharmacy is a state-level entrance examination commenced by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan for providing admissions to the Bachelors in Pharmacy (B. Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualification:

  • The candidate must have successfully cleared class XII with an aggregate of 45% marks with subjects such as Physics and Mathematics as the mandatory subjects.
  • Candidates belonging to the “SC/ST/Non creamy layer OBC/Non creamy layer/SBC must have successfully cleared class XII examination with an aggregate of 40% with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.

Age Eligibility:

  • Candidates with their date of birth after October 1, 1994 may apply for RPET Pharmacy 2023.
  • In the case of the SC, ST and PwD category, candidates with their date of birth after October 1, 1989 are eligible for RPET Pharmacy 2023.

Medical Fitness:

  • The candidate should be physically fit.
  • The height of male candidates must have a height of more than 1.5 m and female candidates above 1.4 m.
  • The weight of male candidates must be 41 kg and female candidates must have a minimum weight 37 kg.
  • Chest measurement implies male applicants only. Their chest measurement must not be more than 69 cm with proper expansion and contraction.
  • Heart and lungs must be normal.
  • Entrants must not be suffering from diseases such as Hernia, Hydrocele, Piles, etc.
  • The candidate should not have defects in eyes. If there is any defect in vision then it must be corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worst eye. The candidate must not be suffering from problems such as color blindness. Eyes should be absolutely disease-free.
  • The candidate must have normal hearing.
  • The speech must be normal.

Domicile Criteria:

  • RPET Pharmacy 2023 is for the applicants belonging to Rajasthan state only.
  • The candidate himself or the parents must be the bonafide residents of Rajasthan.
  • An entrant must have studied regularly for three years including the year in which passed the qualifying examination.
  • Candidate must be the pupil of any serving employee of Government of Rajasthan/ Undertakings/Corporations/Improvement Trusts/Municipal Boards/Panchayat Samities/Co-operative Bodies duly constituted by the Government of Rajasthan/ Statutory Bodies and Corporations formed under the Indian Companies Act incorporated in Rajasthan.

  • The candidate must be an employee of any of the universities situated in Rajasthan or the Rajasthan board

Admit Card:

The admit card of RPET Pharmacy 2023 will be released by the institute via online mode. After the release of the Admit Card, candidates will download it before the commencement of the examination. Check the steps to download admit card:

Merit List:

After the result declaration, the merit list will be created keeping in mind the scores acquired by the candidate in mind. The merit of the candidate will be prepared on the basis of marks acquired by him or her in Mathematics in JEE Mains.

Tie Breaker:

In case any two candidates have equal marks, then scores acquired in Physics subject in JEE mains will be considered as a merit.

  • The candidate with higher age will be given preference.
  • Randomization will also be applied to decide the rank.
  • After that seats will be allotted based on merit scores and ranks, if the seats are still left then applicants with no JEE score will be given seats by considering 12th percentile merit and option filled by them.

Reservation:

Check the seat reservation criteria prescribed by the government of Rajasthan below:

  • SC candidates: 16%
  • ST candidates: 12%
  • Non creamy OBC category: 21%
  • Non creamy SBC category: 1%
  • Physically Handicapped: 3%
  • Women Candidates: 25%

  • KM (Kashmiri migrants): 5%

  6. The allotment of seats is done by the institute in the online mode.
  7. The allotment list is available online. Additional letters are not sent to candidates individually.
  8. After the seat allotment, candidates will report personally on the scheduled date and time at the decided venue along with required documents.
