TS Model School Admission 2023: Telangana State Model School conducts entrance test for admission of class 6th to 10th. Admission notification for the session 2023 release in the month of February and it can be checked online on the official website. Telangana Model School entrance examination will be held in the second week of April. Candidates can register online for the examination on the official website www.telanganams.cgg.gov. Candidates are suggested to register before the last date. The last date for applying for the examination in June month. TS Model School Admission 2023 Application Form:

Candidates can fill the application form online and it can be downloaded from the official website telangana.cgg.gov.in. An official link for the application form has been given on the website. General steps to fill the application form are as follows:

  1. Go to the official page and in the admission section click on the application link.
  2. Now open the application form and start filling it.
  3. Fill in all the details like personal information, parent’s details, address, contact number, etc.
  4. Upload all necessary documents in the required format.
  5. Pay application fees through the link provided by the officials.
  6. Take a printout of it for future references.

Examination fees for category wise are as follows:

  1. General Category -Rs.150/-
  2. SC/ST/OBC Category- Rs. 75/-
  3. It can be paid online via mee – Seva or online centers and obtain a general number.

Eligibility Criteria:

Before applying for the examination candidates must be check eligibility criteria. Candidates must be fulfilling the following criteria to fill the application form:

Education Criteria:

  1. Class 5th must be passed from recognize Board/Institution
  2. Class 9th must be passed from recognize Board/ Institution

Age Criteria:

Candidates must be clear age above 2023 academic year in which year they applying for

  1. For class 6th candidates must be completed 10 years of age.
  2. For class 7th candidates must be completed 11years of age.
  3. For class 8th candidates must be completed 12years of age.
  4. For class 9th candidates must be completed 13years of age.
  5. For class 10th candidates must be completed 14years of age.

Documents Required:

  • Passing Result of the previous class.
  • Character Certificate issued by the school administration.
  • Migration or Transfer Certificate issued by the administration.
  • 05 photographs which are recent and passport size.

TS Model School Test Syllabus

Students should have to revise the entire previous class syllabus for the entrance test which they are going to apply and also read about the general knowledge. All topics you can choose from following subjects: English, Mathematics, EVS, and Social Science.

Admit Card:

Admit will be available online in the month of June or July. It can be downloaded through the official website and it has the following details:

  1. Name of the candidate
  2. Fathers name
  3. Date of exam
  4. Time of exam
  5. Examination centre address
  6. General instruction

Without Admit Card candidates will be not allowed in the examination. The candidate must have to carry one original identity proof for the verification.

Result:

Results will be announced after the examination in the month of July. It can be downloaded from the official website. Qualified candidates will call for the admission process. As per the merit list candidates can be take admission to the Model School ranking wise. Candidates are suggested to take a printout of the result it will be needed during the admission process.

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be done on the basis of examination score and according to that merit list will be prepared. On the basis of marks obtained you will get a chance to take admission in Model Schools.

The reservation criteria for the category wise are as follows:

  1. 50% of seats are reserved for the General Category of the candidates.
  2. For SC/ST candidates 15% and 06% seats are reserved respectively.
  3. For OBC candidates 29% of seats are reserved which will be allocated five groups of OBCs.
  4. For girls candidates, 33.33% of seats are reserved.
  5. 03% seats are reserved for the Physically Challenged candidates.

The number of seats available depends upon the vacant seats available after the admission process. Lateral entry for the students depends upon the vacancies availability. Total 100 strength students of classes are divided into two sections. The admission process is going on till the seats will be filled and lateral admission also takes on the basis of the availability of vacant seats.
