AP DEECET 2024: The government of the Andhra Pradesh School Education Department is going to organize AP DEECET 2024. It is a state-level entrance test for candidates to seek admission in the 2 years Diploma in Education (D.Ed) courses. It is a mandatory exam for admission. It’s also known as AP DIET CET. Andhra Pradesh State has a total of 61,952 Schools covering 13 districts that include Primary Schools, Upper Primary Schools & High Schools. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will be eligible to get admission in the various colleges, institutes in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP DEECET Application Form will be available from 3rd week of March. AP DEECET 2024 Application Form:

Candidates are ensured to check complete eligibility details before applying for the examination. The guidelines to fill the application form are mentioned below.

• Open the official website.
• Then register yourselves on the official site by providing the necessary details.
• After registration candidates login using registration ID and password.
• Fill in the rest of the details like academic qualification.
• Upload photograph and signature in the required format.
• Submit the form after rechecking.
• Pay the applying fee.
• Keep a print of the application form with you for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates applying for AP DIETCET 2024 Exam should meet the below DIETCET eligibility criteria such as Educational Qualification and Age Limit.

Citizenship:

• Candidate should be a citizen of India and a native of Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidate should have a domicile of Andhra Pradesh.

Educational Qualification for AP DIETCET 2024:

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved candidates) is eligible to apply for the AP DEECET 2024 Entrance Exam.
• Candidates who have passed intermediate with vocational courses are not eligible for admission.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 17 years.
• Maximum Age: No Upper Age Limit.
• Candidate should satisfy the age limit as on the given date.

AP DIETCET 2024 Application Fee:

• The application fee for the General category will be INR 600/-.
• The application fee for candidates belonging to SC/ ST category will be INR 500/-.
• Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode only.
• Pay the fee through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

Exam Pattern:

• The mode of examination is online only.
• The paper consists of two parts Part 1 and Part 2.
• Part 1 will be common to all and Part 2 will be for the subject (as per the candidate’s choice).
• There will be total of 100 multiple choice questions in the exam.
• The duration of the examination is 2 hours 30 minutes.
• 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
• There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The question paper shall be in Telugu/ English or Urdu/ English and Tamil/ English only.

Admit Card:

Candidates can download the AP DIETCET Admit cards from the official website. Admit cards will be available at the official website deecetap.cgg.gov.in. candidates can download admit card by using the application/ registration number to obtain the AP DIET CET 2024. The information on the release of admit card will be intimated through Email or SMS. Then candidates need to bring a printout of the admit card to the examination hall.

Results:

Candidates can check the results on its official website. The conducting authority will declare the result in the online mode. To check the results, candidates can visit the website and click on the direct link to the results. Then enter the Roll number and password. The result will be displayed on the screen and taken a print out for future use. DIET CET AP Result 2024 will be in the month of June. On behalf of the score obtain in the exam; the candidate can get admission to the AP D.Ed course.
