Jamia Girls Senior Secondary School Eligibility Criteria:

• For Class IX: The student must have successfully cleared class VIII with an aggregate mark of 41% or Grade C2
• For Class XI Commerce stream: The student must have acquired aggregate marks of 41% or C2 in class X and at least 33% in any subject individually from some recognized board
• For Class XI Arts stream: The student must have an aggregate mark of 41% or C2 in class X and at least 33% in any subject individually from some recognized board
• For Class XI Science stream: The student must have acquired aggregate marks of 41% or C2 in class X and at least 33% in any subject individually from some recognized board
• Those who are willing to opt for Mathematics as a subject in class XI must have attained at least 41% marks in Mathematics.

Application Form:

• Interested students need to acquire an application form for the admission process from the official school website www.jmicoe.in.

• Candidates must have important required documents to submit along with the online application form.

Application Fee:

• The entrance application fee for class IX will be Rs. 250/-. You can make payment of the application fee via online mode such as Debit Card/ Credit card/ IMPS/ Net banking or via E-Challan generated while filling up the application form using online mode.
• The application fee is non-refundable in any situation.

Exam Pattern:

• The exam will be commenced in an offline mode.
• The exam duration will be 2 hours.
• There will be 100 multiple choice questions to be solved.
• There will be no negative marking.
• The questions in the examination will be based on the syllabus covered in the N.C.E.R.T books.

Admit Card:

• Sign in on the official website using your login ID and Password
• Then, click on Download Admit card option
• Make sure to take a print of the downloaded admit card after checking that all crucial details are available on admit card
• Make sure to prefix the latest passport size photograph and go for self-attest of the admit card to make sure that it is accepted at the time of entering into the examination hall.

Exam Result:

• Check the result from the official website using Roll number available on the admit card
• You may check the results after it gets published.
• Once you are through checking the result using the official website, follow the next procedure to get admission to the school.
• Keep a copy of the result once it is downloaded.
