- Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) Bhopal: To apply from this place, the minimum qualification is passing of regular B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/ regular Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with at least 55% aggregate marks

- North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong: Applicant must have completed B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing from an Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council with an aggregate of 55 % marks
- Christian Medical College Ludhiana (College of Nursing): To apply for the course, the applicant must have cleared one of the following examinations obtaining a minimum of 55% marks – (a) BSc(N)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing examination of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot / Panjab University.

The minimum qualification is B.Sc. Nursing degree or equivalent from Nursing College of the state of Assam or any other University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Applicants must have attained 55% aggregate and there will be 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates. Also, the applicant must have at least one year of experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing or one year of work experience prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences: This college also offers M.Sc. Nursing at its constituent College, IKDRC College of Nursing. It offers M.Sc. Nursing Specialty (Medical-Surgical Nursing with Nephro-Uro Super-specialty) for the duration of 2 years. To apply for the course, the applicant must have completed a Basic B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing with at least 55% aggregate marks from an Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council. In addition to this, the applicant should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with any State Nursing Council. Also, it is mandatory to have at least one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing or prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- PIMS AICET AHS & N: Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Loni, offers All India Common Entrance Test AHS & N to select the applicants for admission to MPT (Physiotherapy) and M.Sc. Nursing Courses.
- John’s College of Nursing: St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences, Bengaluru provides admission to M.Sc. Nursing & M.Sc.(N) in Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care Nursing Courses offered at St. John’s College of Nursing. The college prefers only female candidates of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, OR any of the other Universities equivalent by the RGUHS. Preference will be given to those who have at least One-year Experience (after B.Sc. (N) Result) in any clinical/teaching areas, either in a hospital or in a community or 55% marks on the first attempt at B.Sc. /PB BSc Nursing Exam. For SC/ST of Karnataka State only 50%.

Though every college/university has its own application process here are the common steps followed to apply for M. Sc. Nursing Course:
- Applicants can apply for M.Sc (Nursing) course via “Online” mode only by using the official website
- Fill in the Registration Form and note down the User Id/Password and Registration Number.
- After this Login and fill in the important details in the application form.
- Now, upload the latest passport size photograph and signature if required.
- Pay the Application fee via modes such as Credit/Debit Card, Net-banking (if needed)
- Lastly, take print of the Confirmation Page after Successful remittance of fee for those it’s applicable.
- Most importantly, submit the application fee.
