NTA DU Recruitment 2023: National Testing Agency conducts the DU Recruitment exam every year to fill out various non-teaching posts at the University of Delhi. The DU Recruitment exam is conducted at the national level by the NTA. Indian nationals with qualifying qualifications/work experience are encouraged to apply online for a variety of non-teaching positions at the University of Delhi (DU). The National Testing Agency set the eligibility criteria and exam pattern for the exam and has the sole authority to bring changes to the DU Recruitment exam. Any changes in the eligibility criteria and exam pattern are notified by the NTA with the release of the official notification.

NTA releases vacancies under numerous posts which are to be filled through the DU recruitment exam. Some of these posts are – Junior Assistant, Assistant, Telephone Operator, Yoga Organizer, Senior Personal Assistant, Nurse, Junior Engineer Civil, Hindi Translator, Social Worker, Sports Coach, etc.

NTA DU Recruitment Notification 2023

NTA DU recruitment official notification will be released on the official website of the NTA along with the University of Delhi. The notification will have important information like – vacancies for different posts, exam schedule, changes in the eligibility criteria and exam pattern, etc.

Candidates are required to visit the official website of the National Testing Agency and download the notification PDF. The notification must be read carefully in order to not miss out on any important information released by the conducting body.

NTA DU Recruitment Application Form 2023:

NTA DU Recruitment application forms are released online by the NTA. The application forms are released along with the notification on the official website of the NTA and the University of Delhi. The application forms are to be submitted through an online mode only as no other mode is accepted. Candidates can check the necessary information regarding the NTA DU Recruitment application form below:

  • For each position, only one application must be submitted. If it is discovered that an applicant has filed several Application Forms for the same position, his candidature for all positions will be immediately dismissed (s).
  • Candidates who do not follow the guidelines will be automatically disqualified.
  • Candidates must verify that the e-mail address and mobile phone number included in the Online Application Form are correct and operational.
  • Applications will be rejected if they include any missing information.
  • Only one of the available online payment options should be used to pay the fee.
  • Candidates are urged to take a printout of the application once it has been submitted.

  • Visit the National Testing Agency’s official website.
  • Click on the link “Apply for DU Recruitment Test (Non-Teaching Posts) 2022”
  • Then select New Registration and then “click here to begin” on the following screen.
  • Fill in your personal information, contact information (unique email address and phone number, for example), and so on.
  • Fill out the Online Application Form and write down the Application Number generated by the system.
  • Upload the scanned images of the passport size photograph and signature
  • Upload all necessary documents – X & XII Marksheet, Category Certificate, Employment Certificate, etc.
  • Pay the application fee
  • Take a printout of the application form

Fees for the Delhi University Recruitment Examination are shown below for each category. Candidates should be informed that after a fee has been paid, it will not be reimbursed.

NTA DU Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2023

Posts Minimum Eligibility Criteria Desirable
Nurse (Post Code: P0600) Candidate must have done B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing or a regular course in B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic (Nursing) from a recognized university or institute.

 

Candidate must also be registered as a Nurse or a Midwife with the State Medical Council

 

Candidate must also have a 6 months experience in a 50 bedded hospital

 

Candidates having diploma in GNM are eligible to apply for the position.

Private Secretary (Post Code: P0701) Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience as a Private Secretary, Stenographer, Personal Assistant or Executive in a governmental department or autonomous bodies such as PSUs Candidate must have a Degree/Diploma in Computer Application/Science.

 

Candidate must also have a Diploma in Office Management and Secretarial Practice.

 

Candidates having the knowledge of service rules applicable to Central Government establishments will be preferred.

Yoga Organizer (Post Code: P0703) Candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Yoga

 

Candidate must have at least 02 years of experience as a Yoga teacher/ instructor in a Government Institution or Institute of repute

Candidate must be able to arrange Yoga classes using English and Hindi as a medium of communication.

 

A recognised qualification in Naturopathy is required of the candidate.

Medical Officer (Post Code: P1001) Candidates must have an MBBS degree

 

Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience after obtaining the degree.

Candidates with a master’s degree in hospital administration and/or hospital experience will be given preference.
Security Officer (Post Code: P0702) Candidate must have a graduation degree or equivalent qualification.

 

Candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in Police/Para-Military Forces/ Armed Forces of the Union

and hold not below the rank of Sub-Inspector (Exe)/Subedar or an equivalent position with

Exemplary service.

 

Candidate must hold a Valid DL to ride Jeep/Motor Cycle.

Candidates must have completed a Fire Fighting or Unarmed Combat Course while serving in the Army or Paramilitary Forces.

 

The candidate must be able to converse/communicate in English/Hindi both in writing and orally.

Note: Candidates are advised to check the information brochure for detailed information on the eligibility criteria for each post.

It is to be noted that candidates above the age of 35 years are not eligible to apply for the above-mentioned posts except for security officers. The maximum age limit for Security Officers is 45 years.

The university provides age relaxation to students belonging to reserved categories. The age relaxation is provided as per the guidelines of the government. The age relaxation for different categories are as follows:

  • OBC – 3 years
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • Ex-Servicemen – 5 years
  • Pwd – 10 years
  • Pwd + OBC – 13 years
  • Pwd + SC/ST – 15 years

Exam Pattern:

The NTA DU recruitment exam pattern is set by the University of Delhi. Candidates must be well aware of the exam pattern to ace the entrance examination with a good score. Candidates can check the NTA DU Recruitment exam pattern below:

  • The entrance exam for each post include two papers: Paper I & Paper II.
  • Paper I is consist of MCQ based questions (Online & Offline)
  • Paper II generally consists of a Descriptive Test or Personality Test.
  • The duration of the Paper 1 is 2 hrs

Admit Card:

Candidates may get vital guidelines for DU Recruitment 2022 Exam Admit Card in the following points:

  • Only those who successfully complete the application form will be issued an admit card by the authority.
  • The exam hall ticket may be downloaded from the official website by applicants.
  • The Admit Card will be canceled if it is discovered that an applicant has filled out more than one enrollment form for one or more vacancies.
  • For the purpose of identification verification, applicants must bring their admit cards to the exam venue.
  • Candidates must also keep it till the selection process is completed.

Result:

After the successful conclusion of the NTA DU Recruitment exam, the NTA DU Recruitment result will be released on the official website of the NTA.& the University of Delhi. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam will be to check their results using their roll number and date of birth.

Selected candidates are given the job offer letter which will contain information like the date and place of joining.
