NTSE Rajasthan 2023: National Talent Search Examination Rajasthan takes place every year. It is a national-level exam commenced by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) with the purpose to grant the scholarship to meritorious students studying in class X. NTSE Rajasthan 2023 Application Form:

Those who are willing to apply for this exam need to visit the official website of Rajasthan. Download the application form from the official website. Schools will send the hard copy of the application form, bank challan fee, deposit, and list of the students before the scheduled date.

Note: It is the responsibility of the heads of the schools to distribute the forms to the students. The School head will provide the Login ID and Password. By using the login credentials, School Heads will download the application form.

Application Fee:

  • General Category: Rs 300/- without late Fees and Rs 350/- with late fees
  • SC/ST Category: Rs 200/- without late Fees and Rs 250/- with late fees

Eligibility Criteria:

Those who are studying in class X in some recognized schools may appear for the Stage I exam, commenced by State/UTs in which the schools are located. Domicile restriction will not be there. Those who are registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) will be eligible for the scholarship, student under 18 years (as on 1st July of the specific year), the student must be not employed and appear in the Class X exam for the first time.

Exam Pattern:

Here are the details of the Examination Pattern:

Stage I & II: Exam at State/UT level consisted of two papers:

  • Paper-I: Mental Ability Test (MAT) consisted of 100 questions for 100 marks. The candidate will get 2 hours to complete Paper I.
  • Paper-II: Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) consisted of 100 questions for 100 marks. The candidate will get 2 hours to complete Paper II.

Admit Card:

The admit card will be released on the official website. Download the admit card from the official website of Rajasthan. The admit card consisted of important details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, and exam center details. Make sure to check the information on the admit card.

Answer Key:

The official Answer Key will be released by the Directorate of Government Examination, Rajasthan. The answer key will be released in PDF format. It will consist of answers and solutions to the questions asked in the exam. Students can calculate the scores attained in the NTSE.

Result:

The result of the NTSE Rajasthan will release on the official website of the Rajasthan Board. To check the result, click the direct link available on the Result page. Candidates will be selected based on the cutoff.

Cut Off:

Cut off for the categories of selected applicants for NTSE for class X will be released.

Selection Process: The selection process will consist of two stages. The State/UT commences the first stage selection and the second stage selection will take place at the national level carried out by the NCERT. Find the two stages below:

  • State Level: State level exam will consist of two parts: Part-I Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Part-II Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) to nominate the applicants commenced by NCERT.
  • National Level Exam: The selected applicants by the States/UTs are based on the screening exam eligible to appear in the National level exam to be commenced by the NCERT in May.
