IDBI Bank SO Recruitment 2023: The Industrial Development Bank of India was established in the tear 1964 with the primary purpose of providing banking and credit facilities to the Indian industry. The IDBI Bank started off as a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India. The bank’s ownership and control were later transferred from the Reserve Bank of India to the Government of India.

In the year 2019, the Lide Insurance Corporation of India completed its acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in the IDBI Bank. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must be the citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before January 1, 1962, for permanent settlement in India or (e) a person of Indian origin, who migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formally Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
  • For the post of Agriculture officer, the candidate must be between 25 years and 35 years of age.
  • For the post of Faculty (Behavioral Sciences), the candidate must be between 35 years and 45 years of age.
  • For the Fraud Risk Management (Fraud Analyst- Maker) profile, the candidate must be between 25 years and 35 years of age.
  • For the Fraud Risk Management (Investigator- Checker) profile, the candidate must be between 28 years and 40 years of age.
  • For the Transaction monitoring Head profile, the candidate must be between 35 years and 45 years of age.
  • Age relaxation of 3 to 10 years for the upper age limit is provided to special lasses like SC/ST/PWD etc.
  • Agriculture officer Graduate Degree with at least 60% marks in Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary Science / Fisheries / Dairy Technology & Animal Husbandry from ICAR recognized agricultural university
  • Agriculture officer Having a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification working experience as an officer in Banks, with min 02 years of experience in agricultural lending in public/ private sector banks / RRBs.
  • Faculty (Behavioral Sciences) Postgraduate in Psychology or relevant behavior sciences/MBA in HRM with 10 years of Industry experience in the relevant area
  • Fraud Risk Management (Fraud Analyst- Maker) profile Graduate in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks. Having a minimum of 04 years of post-qualification working experience as an officer in Banks, with min 02 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Fraud Risk Management (Investigator- Checker) Graduate in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks. Desirable: CA/ MBA/ CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)/ CAIIB/ JAIIB Overall banking experience of at least 7 years with min 03 years of experience in Fraud / Vigilance/ RCU / Credit Monitoring teams.
  • Transaction monitoring Head profile CA/ MBA/ Graduation with Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Desirable: CAIIB/JAIIB Overall banking experience of at least 10 years with min 04 years of experience in Fraud / Vigilance/ RCU / Credit Monitoring teams.
