MAH BHMCT CET 2023: MAH BHMCT CET is an entrance examination commenced for providing admission to undergraduate and post-graduate programs. It stands for Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test and the exam is commenced for providing admission to Hotel Management and Catering Technology programmes at undergraduate and Post Graduate levels. The State Common Entrance Test commences the examination for students seeking admission to Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT).

MAH BHMCT CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Check the eligibility criteria to appear in MAH BHMCT CET 2023 examination:

  • Applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • General category applicant must have cleared the HSC exam or its equivalent and attained at least 45% scores in aggregate.
  • PwD category applicants and who have domicile of Maharashtra must have cleared the HSC exam or its equivalent and attained a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates from the backward class must have attained a minimum 40% marks in aggregate

Note – Those who will be appearing in the qualifying exam may also apply for MAH HM CET 2023 test.

Steps to Fill Application Form:

  1. Visit the official website http://cetcell.mahacet.org/
  2. After this, click on the ‘New registration’ tab
  3. Now, the provisional registration number and password will be generated
  4. Re-login using the login credentials sent on candidate’s email ID.
  5. Now, start filling the application form carefully
  6. Ensure to upload the scanned image of the latest photo and signature
  7. It is crucial to get a preview of the application form
  8. Lastly, click the final button
  9. Pay the Application Fee and keep the print of the application form for further reference.

Application Fee:

The Application fee for general category applicants is Rs. 800 whereas for reserved category applicants it is Rs. 600. Submit the fee using online modes such as debit card, credit card, cash cards or mobile wallets.

Admit Card:

The admit card will be allotted to those who have successfully filled the application form and submitted it before the deadline. The exam conducting authority will release the admit card for MAH BHMCT CET in the online mode a week prior the commencement of the exam. Enter the registration number or roll number/password to download the admit card. After entering the login credentials, download the admit card and take the print out for further reference.
