IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates seeking the job position of Consultant or Supervisor with IRCTC must fulfill the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for both are as follows:

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate must have done graduation in Engineering from a recognized University / Institution to apply for the consultant post.
• The candidate must have passed B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from an Institution recognized by NCHMCT / Government of India/AICTE/ UGC to apply for the Supervisor post.
• The maximum age limit for a consultant post is 28 years, while for the Supervisor post, it is 30 years.

Selection Process:

• Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the respective job position will be called for the interview round accordingly. In the interview round, candidates will be asked about their past work experience, if any. The interview panel will judge the candidate on the basis of overall personality, intelligence, and avidity to resolve issues on the daily basis.
